Lost Songs of Anatolia

This is a Turkish song called "The Lost Songs of Anatolia." Anatolia is the Asian part of Turkey, formerly known as Asia Minor. I don't know much else about this video, or any of its lyrical or visual content for that matter. I found this video by chance on YouTube.
And it is beautiful.

I began tutoring English to a Turkish woman this year, so I hope to learn some more about these cultures.

New and precious as a little bird
Brutal and vicious as a tiger
Too fragile and terrible to hold without murder
